Valuation of Collaroi – 18 May 1840.
We the undersigned having been duly appointed in accordance with the terms of an agreement bearing date the 24th day of September 1840 [1839?], and entered into between Walter Stevenson Davidson Esquire of the one part, and George Clive, and Edward William Terrick Hamilton Esquires of th other part, to act as Valuators of the Property and Effects of the said Walter Stevenson Davidson situate in the County of Bligh, in the Colony of New South Wales, and hereinafter in the Schedule hereto annex'd particularly described, and having on the 8th day of this month inspected the said premises with a view to ascertain the value thereof, do hereby declare the full and fair value thereof to be Nine Thousand six hundred and eighty three pounds (£9683), & we publish this our final award & judgement in the matter referred to our Consideration
