Dear Sir

Your favor of the 22nd Inst duly came to hand this Morng. I have much pleasure to note its contents, which will receive my best attention. Mr Joubert I have seen this morning about the Wine.

I hope to ship Mr Sinnelts Wine by the "City of Sydney" tomorrow with Invoice and shipping charges added. If you have not forwarded to Mr Joubert the Invoice of Wine, perhaps you will do me the favor to inform Me. I have forwarded per R Way this afternoon a large door mat which I hope you will approve of at cost 12/6. Russells Stove I have not yet disposed of I expect a person whose building a House (to be finished shortly) who wished to purchase it unless I find a better offer. I will have the pleasure to close the Accounts in conformity with your desire. In consequence of the unsettled weather &c. the demand for light Wines are very limited. I have not yet had a cheque from
