would hold the almost undivided Security of the Family property for the advance proposed to be made by them of £25000. The value of the property after making ample allowance for the annuities chargeable upon it would be at least twice if not three times that amount as will be apparent on reference to the accompanying memorandum (A)
By having only one Creditor we should be relieved from much anxiety whilst the Bank would be placed in a far more secure position - & we would pledge ourselves to use our utmost efforts to reduce & pay off the whole amount at the earliest possible period - nor is it at all improbable that this might be effected within a few years.
