I shall wait for your next letter before sending a cheque for the Cattle but have no thought returning them which would involve still further difficulties particularly in this wet weather.

Do you know anything of the proposed Compiler of a new Stud Book of N.S. Wales?  Is it likely to be well done & worth subscribing for?
