Shipped in good order and well conditioned by James and William Macarthur in and upon the good Ship called the Blundell whereof is Master for this present Voyage Hunter and now riding in the cove of Sydney and bound for Calcutta to say,

Twenty five Horses

being marked and numbered as in the Margin and are to be delivered in the like good Order and well conditioned at the aforesaid Port of Calcutta (the Act of God, the King's Enemies, Fire, and all and every other Dangers and Accidents of the Seas, Rivers, and Steam Navigation of whatever Nature or Kind soever excepted) unto Order or to assigns Freight for the said Goods as pr agreement to be paid in Calcutta as pr Charter Party with Messr. Campbell & Co. with Primage and Average accustomed.  In witness whereof the Master or Purser of the said Ship hath affirmed to three Bills of Lading all of this Tenor and Date One of which Bills being accomplished, the others to stand void.
Dated in Sydney New S. Wales 31st August 1844.
