I have the honor to confirm receipt of the lists hand to me by Brigade major Heritage today.
I have learned from the brigade major that according to your decision I will be deported to Australia on saturday next.
In order to be able to give evidence of my [person?] when dealing with consular officers in charge of the affairs of the german consul general in Australia I have discussed with the brigade major that of the order of the secretary of state containing my commission to German Newguinea, which will be found in the  official papers relating to my personal status, a copy  be made and handed to me after verification by an officer of your administration.   Judge Weber will be able to make proper proposals.   I would recognise it as a
