Decode of cablegram received from the Secretary of State dated London 20th October, 1914, 12.40 p.m.

His Majesty's Government have learned with much satisfaction of capture of German ship  Comet with complete wireless  equipment.   Skill with which expedition was devised and carried out reflects great credit on all concerned.
