The Medical Officers and Assistants, who were in charge of the  Hospitals at Rabaul and Herbertshohe, and continued their  services until the arrival of Medical Officers from Australia, will be sent to Australia in about a month's time.

I have also approved of the late Judge Herr Gustave Weber being allowed to remain another month on account of his wife's health.

The Commandant, 2nd. Military District. has been advised and asked to make suitable arrangements to receive the deportees.
