Herewith are forwarded accounts for   £188, and   £28-0-11 respectively, for payment to Messsrs, Burns, Philp and Coy.

The first item, it will be seen, relates to  the passage money of Relief Garrisons between Rabaul and Friedrich Wilhelmshafen, and the second to horse feed supplied to the Government Stables here.

The rates charged for passage money are in accordance with the agreement arrived at with Messrs. Burns, Philp and Coy's Representative here, as mentioned in my despatch to the Minister, dated 29th ultimo.
