Sir;
I have the honor to submit, on behalf of myself and the  Officers of the  Naval portion of the  Expeditionary Force to German New Guinea, that the special allowance of  £15 for outfit and the free supply of certain uniforms, which is granted to Officers of the Sister  Service with the Naval and Military Expeditionary Force, may also be granted to us.
