I purposely refrain now from speaking of Belmont & what you have written to John about, in regard to an exchange for it, as I formerly deferred the consideration of the matter till I should receive a particular report that your Edward promised to send me, and now I reckon upon receiving it from himself next June. –  He undertook to put me in possession of many particulars I wish to know before making up my mind. I am at this moment ignorant whether you make any use of Belmont, and John cannot inform me, but when Edward comes, I shall find him full of information on all subject connected with the Colony and it's interests – What a relief it must
