the happy father of a little girl in the end of Augt. whom we brought down the other day to see her Aunt Hook and Eliza Farquhar –  After our marriage we visited every place of interest between England & Sicily, including Rome & Naples, & on our return to this Country in May last, we set out for Scotland, and passed a couple of months in Kincardineshire, & then settled in London just in time for Anne's Confinement – We have got a very comfortable nice House, close to Hyde Park, and we retain our place of residence at Inchmarlo, although it is not likely we shall be able to go to Scotland every Summer. You will discover that your fine Country is attracting more & more notice in its mother-Land, when you receive the details of the
