1. John Grey Hutkeeper 17 February 1850.

Supposed to have been perpetrated by a Black called Tommy or Old Man Tommy - apprehended on the 5th  March 1850, and forwarded to Sydney on the 17th  May to take his trial in the Supreme Court -------

* Brought up for trial in Augt  50 and discharged on his own recognizance
