My dear Sir William

In reply to your note which I received yesterday, I beg to say the terms of agreement drawn up by you respecting the Cattle arrangement between us, I consider all that is right.  

With regard to the period of time between the 3 & 4 months to clear the Cattle off would be more a matter of watching the Market to receive the best price for the stock, than any necessity to keep them longer on the Land
