In reply to your amended Circular of the 5th Inst. in lieu of that forwarded in error on the 19th Novr., I have the honor to state that we decline for reasons stated in my former letter in reply to yours of the 19th Novr. to propose any modification of Brand to the applicants for the brand for those ones named in the margin at the head of this letter any modification of the said Brand.
I may mention that although reference is made in the 1st paragraph of others your Circular to a list of Claimants of the above Brand as being [indecipherable] no such list accompanied it either on the 19th Novr. or 5th Decr. only a list of claimants of one Cattle brand (M).
