5. The authorized fee of one shilling, in postage stamps, for this notice, in conformity with Schedule K of the Act, must be transmitted with your reply.
6. In all correspondence with this Department, the Brand and number which this notice bears, as well as your correct address, must be given, otherwise your communications cannot receive attention.
