at St. Kathrine's Docks [St. Katharine] Docks not very distant from the India Docks and the animals could walk.  By railway the animals would be left at the Euston or Kings Cross Station.  At either the stock would require to be carried through London.  This costed about 12/ per head.  I suppose the vessel going to Australia would take the animals on board, say three to four days before the time mentioned for sailing, if so, this would prevent the necessity of stabling them in London after their
