not such written permission to graze will be impounded and damages laid upon them.

The Superintendent is desired to will make these Regulations known to all residents at the Village as well as to the Tenants & Servants & will be required is desired to inform them and to see that they are strictly enforced without favour or exception.

10th
That part of the Regulations which applies to the grazing of Cattle & Horses is to come into effect the 31st December next.
