Tenants on the Camden Estate, as a General Rule will be allowed to graze a Team, not exceeding six (6) working oxen or two Horses, outside the boundaries of their Farms, free of charge for the first year:  also one milking cow.  After the expiration of the first year of their Lease they will be charged 7d. per head weekly for every Horse Cow, or Ox & if weekly for every horse they may graze which may be depastured by them on the Estate beyond their own boundaries.  No calf to be suffered to remain after it is three months old.

ln all cases whether of Tenants, residents at the Village or Servants a Written Permission to graze signed by the Messrs Macarthurs, specifying the number description of the animals, must be obtained in the first instance & all animals found upon the Estate, for which the owners have not
