This expense was incurred by the P.M.O. of the Naval and Military Expeditionary Force, Lieut. Colonel Howse, in order to obtain the necessary Medical Equipment from the ordnance Stores and other places. The time available was so short that the service could not have been performed satisfactorily in any other way than by the employment of a motor car. I recommend payment of the account.
