Sir
I send herewith the last return of your Sheep to Jany 7th 1837. Also your a/c to this date amt £ 132 . 11. 5½. In your letter of Augt 2nd 1836 you say I have omitted to give you Cr for the amt of Sheep sold to Mr C Marsden. I beg to refer you to the a/c furnished & approved of by you April 30th 183[obscured] where you will find I have given Cr for 131 Ewes sold Mr Marsden @ 15/- Amt £98 . 5 . 0 which were the only ones I ever sold him on your a/c, you also object to my charging you with the money I paid Mr Chambers, this money I advanced to take up your mortgage given to Captn Farmer at your own desire to save you further trouble & expence, consequently I cannot contemplate to take it off the a/c I now charge you with £​​​​​​​11 -- for which you Cr in the a/c furnished to July 18th 1836 for the Colt sold to Flanigan but not delivered. As my agreement to take charge of your sheep expires the 13th of this month I request you will appoint some other person to act as your Agent & have them mustered & removed as soon as possible.
