On receipt of the Bills of lading from Capt Parma for 10,000 lbs weight of wool I hereby agree to deliver up to you your bills for £300 Stg and agreement 25£ and cash £10 Stg and I shall write to Benjamin Dable Esq my agent to recommend him to appoint Messrs [indecipherable] & Imrie of Liverpool Brokers to make sale of this wool provided he thinks them responsible, or for my agent to hand over the wool on receipt of £335 to Messrs [indecipherable] & Imrie
