last night for supper. I was very disappointed at not receiving a letter from you last mail but you may have missed the mail.
That "Worker" you sent makes me feel I would like to have someone here & argue the point on political questions. It aggravates me to find myself in this rotten isolated hole right out of the running of Australian political events. My brain is going rusty Herbert & I feel that I wont be capable of putting up a decent argument with you about politics when I return to Australia. When I was in camp in England I used to have a lively time arguing the toss in the huts & I was in my element there but here there are a different class of men
