in this District ws a very poor affair = It was
only a poor imitation, there were only enough
Blacks in it to make up oine lot to bring the
boys, so that the prettiest part of it was wanting
that is wehn the partis comming down the
Flat and the partie from the Flat met
at the ring, that is a very pretty part of it = so
they just ran round the ring & joined hands
round it = No Mother went to stroke her Boy
