a  a Milking yard, with Calf Pens, Cow Bails Complete also new substantial Stock yard &c &c  One Section of Land at the Head of the Cooks Vale Creek above 11 miles from the Head Station on which there are many improvements. An Early answer will oblige (as I intend should you not be auctioned to purchase on the 28th instant to send a Surveyor and divide the property into farms of about 100 acres each and submit the same to public competition
