Mr Geo McLeay presents his compliments to Mr Jas Hassall and regrets much to hear that he and his family have been suffering from severe indisposition. Ths W Geo McLeay has had the Scarlet fever himself he deems it prudent from his daily coming in contact with children that he should not have a personal interview with Mr Hassall. 360 in all

Calves under six months to be given in and 50 out of the 67 Oxen accounted fit for the Butcher at £4 .10 per head to be paid by Bills at 3, 6 and 9 months, the first to bear Interest. The first instalment £553. 10. having been paid. Mr Geo. Mc Leay will send over this evening to Mr Hassall two Bills drawn on his father, one at 6 months for £540 and a second at 9 months for the same amount to be dated 5th Jany 1841 if Mr Hassall will be good enough to send over by the bearer an order in duplicate for the delivery of the herd as about
