Relieving myself in wood close handy that afternoon a bout of 77 burst all around. I pulled up trousers in a hurry & made a dash for trenches in double quick time much to amusement of comrades. 18 - Busy most of the night only a few hours sleep, getting quite accustomed to it again. Since the 10th am certain I have not averaged more than 4 very uncomfortable in 24.
