Ditto wear. Variation 4.º 12' East put the Ships Company to three Watches they having been at Watch & Watch since our first Arrival upon the Coast of Terra del Fuego -

Little wind & fine Pleasant wear. at 3 PM took several Observns. of the sun & moon the mean result of which gave 126.º 20'. 45" the Longde. of the Ship Wt. of Greenwich, & is 47º of Longde. west of account carried on from Cape Horn.-
Light breezes & clear wea.r Variat.n PM 3º. 45' E.t d.º AM 3º 22' Et, saw a Tropic Bird -
Light Airs next to a Calm & clear wear. Variation by the mean result of 21 Azm.th 1º.30' E.t This evening observed an Occultation of R by the D Immersion at.h ' ' & Emmersion at.h ' ' AM variation per several Azm.th 2º O' East
Little wind & fine Pleasant wear. Variation PM 3 27 East
Firstpt. little wind & Cloudy latter fresh G.s & hard Squalls with much rain took 2 Reefs in foreTops.ls
Firstpt.fresh Gales & Squally with rain, remainder more moderate & cloudy Varn. AM per mean of several Azm.th 3.º14' East Loosed the 2d reefs out of the Topsails-

Fresh gales & Squally with rain the firstpt. remainder fresh Gales & Cloudy. PM saw some Men of War Birds & Egg Birds, & in the Morning saw more Egg Birds & Tropic Birds, The Man of War & Tropic
