9th  A.I. Bde less 9th A.M.G.Co and 34th Bn moved to west DRANOUTRE area. 34th Bn and 9th A.M.G.Co remaining at their previous billets. Training.

Bde Group first line Transport, (less 61 vehicles which moved by Omnibus train with 2nd line transport) moved via BAILLEUL, METEREN, HONDEGHEM to STAPPLE under command of the O.C. 24th Co. A.A.S.C. (869th Co. A.S.C)  Bde order 89.

15.8.17  to  25.8.17
Bde Group comprising B.H.Q., Sig. Section, 9th M.G. Coy., 9th A.L.T.M. Bty, 33rd, 34th, 35th and 36th Bns, 869th Co. A.S.C., 9th Field Co. A.E. and 2 Sections 11th Field Ambulance entrained in two personnel and one omnibus trains at BAILLEUL, and proceeded to WIZERNES. From WIZERNES units were guided to billets in 2nd Army Rest Area as follows:-   Bde. H.Q., CAMPAGNE-LES-BOULOANAIS,
9th A.L.T.M. Bty and 869th Co. A.S.C. at MESNIL BOUTRY,  9th A.M.G. Coy. at LEFAY. 33rd Bn. CAMPAGNE-LES-BOULOANAIS,  34th Bn, VAUDRINGHAM,  35th Bn, VISMES, and DRIONVILLE, 36th Bn LEDINGHEM and BEAUMONT, 9th Field Co. A.E.  HAPPE.  2 Sections 11th Field Ambulance, ECQIRE and LE VAL RESTANT.  Whilst in Rest Area supplies were drawn from LUMBRES railhead and distributed to Units first line transport at dump MESNIL BOUTRY.
Training, 26 hours daylight and 2 hours night work per week being done.
9th Field Ambulance replaced 11th Field Ambulance
