Beryl was up early this morning. 5.00 a.m., she told me she was recovering some chairs. She sounds well Mum, and it was good to speak with her.
Betty too was up early, she took a walk yesterday to St Johns Church, Wahroonga where a tree is planted in your memory. She said the tree is flourishing.
John is now living at Port Macquarie. He is making a new life, we all wish hint love and happiness. He said "dear dear Mother. 80 years today".
Margaret has moved into a new house. You would love it, plenty of room for you to stay. Marg was thinking about your blue eyes today
And me, what can I tell you that you don't already know? I haven't told them our secret yet - do you think I should'?
One more thing before I go, these are the words John spoke at your funeral service held at St Johns Uniting Church, Wahroonga on the 12th December 1989. They are special words and I know you'll like to hear them, Mum You Are Forever In My Heart.
