me, it was only 2 doors up he said "yes, we will only get what we want" "yes, you get the fruit etc. while I pick a couple of things here that we want".

Well I had got a few things and I felt as though I was going to pass out and I was wringing wet, my hair was dripping with sweat and I thought to myself get back to Harold. I did and sat on a bag of potatoes, and said Harold "look at me I am wringing wet with sweat, I feel I want to be sick" and the girl came and said "are you alright Mrs Forshaw?" "No I'm sick". She took Harold and I up to the turnstyle. I gave Harold the money and sat down and I called Harold take me over to the toilet quick I am going to be sick. I passed out, poor Harold as from that moment I don't know what happened, all I remember saying is I have not got your script. By all accounts I was vomiting in the toilet, and a lady came in and said, "this is a ladies", he said "my wife is in there and she is sick", "drugs I suppose" the woman said to him, "no it is not", to this day poor Harold how he got me from there to ambulance station I will never know with his eye. He told me later on that he dragged me, it was only about 50 yards through the park. Ambulance man told Harold it looked like a heart attack, so around to the clinic a man went in and got the doctor and she was a big woman, she said she has had a massive heart attack, go straight to hospital, and it must have been funny as the doctor could not get out the 2 ambulance men had to lift her out, (of course I was told of this later on). Into emergency Dr Curlie was paged an urgent case massive heart attack and we think she is one of your patients, a Mrs Forshaw. "Cannot be my Mrs Forshaw I have just sent her home with her husband". He could not believe it when he saw Harold and then me. Well they took Harold and looked after his eye while he examined me. Well I believe the hospital was in turmoil, they were trying to contact the family.

Dr Curlie went and saw Harold and he did not know any phone numbers and Merle was not on the phone at this stage and told Harold "he would have to get another opinion but I am sure it is Pancreatitis. I have her sedated, she must have been in dreadful pain, do you think you will be o.k. to go home and get your phone book". So poor Harold is now alone but he called into the chemist and picked up his script, called into the grocer, we did not want those things, they gave hint the money back and he is on his way to catch a taxi and he saw the agent that got us the house flat in Byron Bay, and he asked him what was wrong and he told him so he took him home and he is looking for the phone no. and trying to ring the girls and a knock on the door, so they came in and asked what was wrong. "Where is Edith, we were going to have a meeting", "she is in hospital". They were shocked, they owned the other unit. Anyway Ann did what she could for him and between them they got onto Margaret and she phoned all the others and Harold freshened himself up and Ann and Charles took him back to the hospital. I am still sedated and don't know anything. Yvonne and Margaret flew from Sydney to Casino and then rented a car and drove the rest of the way, by the way when Harold came back to the hospital Dr Curlie kept him in. So the girls phoned the hospital and they were told that he was there also. They got the shock of there life and I did not even know they were there. Beryl kept phoning the hospital on her drive from Delegate. I don't know how they got in touch with Merle. Betty was working with a solicitor in Manilla so she kept phoning in. I truly don't know about John, I think he was still in the Air Force but I fancy I remember them telling me they told Coralie. I believe when the specialist came and confirmed with Curlie yes it was Pancreatitis, and he chose the staff that would be assisting the
