Lieutenants
Lieutenant W.S. Fry. A very well trained, capable, keen & promising officer, he has been detailed for special work with the Treasury where his services have been of the greatest assistance to the Administration.
Lieutenant R.H. Norman. A bright & dashing young officer, plenty of ability & tact, as garrison adjutant at Rabaul his services have give every satisfaction: Would recommend this officer for staff work.
Lieut E.W. Kirke. Capable, reliable & painstaking, his work as garrison adjutant & since with his company has been very satisfactory.
Lieut. J.M. McDowell. An officer of average ability.
Lieut. S.L.K. Cooper Keen, capable & steady young officer, his service and company work have ben carried out to my entire satisfaction.
