The O.C.Troops,
Nauru.
With reference to the matter concerning Captain Mahaffy which you reported to me this morning, you are fully authorised to take whatever steps you may consider necessary in regard to prohibiting the supply of liquor from any of thestores ashore to Captain Mahaffy, and to deal with the officer mentioned in any way you may think fit ,for the benefit of the Service.
