Captain W.A. Fry:   This Officer's work as Treasurer was excellent.   He was responsible for the Colony's finances being placed on a sound footing, and in dealing with this most difficult problem he showed great business ability and talents of a high order.
Captain Ravenscroft:   rendered good service as Provost Marshall.
Lieut. K. Heritage:   Was on charge of supply and transport.   He organized the Government Inter-island steamship service and rendered very good service.  
Lieut. B.T. Goadby,  R.A.E.: Had charge of Lands and Surveys office.   Rendered good service  in preparation of reconnaissance, Maps, etc.
Warrant Officer Wilkinson, I.S., as Brigade Sgt. Major.
Warrant Officer Inglis, I.S., as Regimental Sgt. Major. 1st Battalion Infantry.
Both rendered excellent service.
