Lieutenants.

Lieutenant G.O. Manning   This officer has little military knowledge but his personality & strong character proved of great value, while his knowledge of native affairs was availed of in the conduct of the department.   This  officer is remaining for further service.

Lieutenant H.C. Collins.   Appointed on probation Nov 20.14.   Has had previous military service, well trained, keen & capable officer. Anxious for further service.

Lieutenant W.M. Penly   Appointed on probation Nov 20.14   young, keen & promising officer.   shaping well.

Lieutenant B.J. Blackett   Appointed on probation,  young, keen & promising officer.   shaping well.

Lieutenant S.F. Anderson.   Appointed on probation,  young, keen & promising officer.

Lieutenant F.W. Johnson.   Appointed on probation,  young, keen & promising officer.
