Our 20,000 have gone with General Bridges, 13,000 more go in a week or two, two lots of reinforcements of 3000 each & 2000 horses are nearly ready, & we are still recruiting, so you can see we are busy.
Further Parliament is sitting & they want a lot of attention. They will not let me go, & I have to keep back a lot of others, & we are all sick of being kept of course. But the existing show has to be kept going.
