Telephone dispatch from the Commander of the armed forces:-
Captain of the Reserve, Mr. Wuchert takes over the force at Bebra till otherwise ordered.
Lieutenant of Reserve Mr. Filbig takes over the force at Paparatava and at the same time the charge of Government Archives.
Petty Officer of the Reserve Mr. Zerssen, and Petty Officer of the Reserve Weimer are put to the disposal of the force at Bebra.
Recently arrived Naval Reserve Officer Mr. Schmidt, will take over th position at Raluana.
Petty Officer of the Reserve, Mr. Augar, will be at the disposal of the commander of the armed forced in Paparatava, Lance Corporal of the Reserve Mr. Kosher at the disposal of the force at Luttick. @
