Two rolled home very late - they rolled mind you - walking was out of the question.
Tuesday 25th
Woke up early and ferreted round the camp till I found the wash place. In the camp there are hundreds of tents with convalescent cases. Our meals are served under a large open frame work building covered with canvas. Each tent has its table apportioned & mess orderlies take turns to get food from the cook House. There's plenty of bread, jam, Tea & meat. I had a shave, first for 2 weeks and was
