Egypt is rather warm my dear. In the middle of the day we just poke a cigarette outside a hole in the tent and suck hard & its alight.   The wind blows the letters off the newspaper  while yer readin' it. That'll learn yer. The ink is dry on the page before you' ve written it.   If you drop a blot it's a dried up lump of blackink before it hits the paper & just rolls off onto the ground. Streuth!! The Gyppies feed their fowls on lumps of ice so that the hens wont lay hard-boiled eggs. I threw a lump of ice at a nigger last week & by the time it hit him it burnt him. Now
