Re the Book - you seem to have been awaiting an answer to your cable. I never thought any answer was necessary. I just accepted every thing you decided as being the best and right thing under the circumstances. Re the Cover - I quite accept your suggestions for the cover. I suppose you are sending home all the photos. I have more of my horse here...
