Tuesday, 17  December 1918

Raining in the morning, but cleared up in afternoon. I was orderly officer for the day, & so had to stop about the lines all day. The C.O. had all the subalterns up & got them to get the football going again as soon as ever they could & to drop all thoughts of the strike ect.

Got a couple of October letters from home.
