Letters received 2 from Frank, 1 From Fred, 2 from H. Beavis, 1 Mrs Mount, 1 G. Turnbull, 1 T. Kilpatrick.

Camped about 200 yds out of Bailleul, saw 6 German Aeroplanes over head this morning.  left camp about 10 AM & got to Bn after dinner, we joined the Bn past Neive Eglise, [Neuve Eglise] we stayed at H.Q. & the Bn is up in the line, it is raining & we hear good news about them coming out for 3 Months.  After seing some of my old mates we got fixed up in a tent without a blanket.  It is a bit cold & raining.  We are about 4 miles from the line & it is very quiet.
