[January 28]

Wrote to Aunt Liz.
Received letter from Liz.

We had our shifts on the Phone as usual & if I had not looked at my book I would not have known it was Sunday.  It has been very cold & a good lot of our guns been barking.  I went out to get a wash but came back without one.  You would not know it was Sunday every thing is a[s] usual, a lot of us are longing for an old time Sunday.  A few Aeroplanes up but nothing particular.
