In the morning I wrote a few letters & laid down, I helped to wash a hut out to get a late pass.  Went to Dartford & laid in the park, it is Whit Monday & plenty people in the park on account of it being a holiday.  It is a lovely day, nothing special doing so I got back to the hospital at 9.30 PM.

Drinking in Public bars is quite a common thing among the woman & girls down here.
