Spent most of the remaining part of rest in arranging concert. Stage managed the whole & produced burlesque after writing same, leaving the musical directing to Tom Smith.
Gave three shows €“ Thursday last to 12th Batt €“ Sat to 3rd - & Monday to civilians. Voted success on last occasion, but the 3rd show marred by undeserved allusions made by Burnett to Q.M.S & cooks. In any case, Tom Smith has grown a trifle jealous & did not put all his energies into
