The Egyptian garrison had left & joined the Bedouins & Senussi that are up against us. The Egyptains took the guns from the fort & all food stores etc. I do not think that many Egyptain soldiers will be spared after being trained by Britian to turn against her.
The above statement gives you some idea what the Egyptain army would do if Turkey once broke through into Egypt.
