11th November
Rouen is going mad over the signing of the Armistice. I went into town at 3pm but came back at 7pm as there were too many crowds and went on duty at 8pm.
November 25th
We have ceased to admit convoys and are rapidly discharging all patients for we are closing the hospital.
December 10th
We are cleaning up the camp and taking materials down to Ordinance. Everybody's working hard to get it cleaned up for we are anxious to get to Blighty.
December 25th
We had our Xmas dinner and everybody is enjoying themselves. I am on night duty in the Orderly Room as telephone clerk. No calls have come so far.
