August 20th
Was shifted to Sec.12 and have been going strong ever since.
September 1st
Ricked ankle carrying stretchers and got three days light duty working in O.T. watching operations. Have up to date written to everybody.
September 2nd
I was put on night duty on Hut 3 where there are some very bad cases. I worked here for 12 nights when I contracted septic poisoning so I was admitted into hospital.
October 9th
I was discharged and put on Section 4 night duty. This ward is one of the heaviest medical wards all broncho- pnuemonia patients I had 16 deaths in 9 nights. At last my nerves would not stand it and on 21st November was put off.
