& that I accordingly heard to at from Delhi Hospital the day before yesterday.
It was satisfactory, so he marked me A class, but after my re-presentation of the O.T.C. forms he seemed doubtful about the eyes, (It certainly was rather a farfetched idea to expect them to accept me as an officer with my eyes). The result, however, was quite unexpected; He determined to board me, & this morning I was sent up to Delhi again to the eye specialist this time. The report will be sent back probably tonight & it looks to be the C1 class.
It is unsatisfactory to be pulled up on the eyes alone,
