We found them minding herds of sheep & cattle, they were mostly old men & their families.
Arrived in camp at sun-down, water terrible scarce & horses thirsty we travelled about 30 miles.
16th/ Up again at 5.30 am. left camp at 7.30 am. a much better hour, travelled 22 miles to El Dabla arrived at 3.30 pm & camped for night, I had a shave a much needed refresher & went off to the canteen for eatables, Put away a good tea & felt satisfied to go to sleep.
